Returns Policy:

This Returns Policy pertains exclusively to products purchased directly from our official website. If you have acquired products from a third party, kindly contact them for information regarding their respective returns and refund procedures.

Our company strives to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services.

We maintain a 14-day returns policy, entitling you to request a return within 14 days after receiving your purchased item.

Refunds will be granted for the first order of any product, provided that you initiate the return process within 14 days of purchase, and all unused bottles are returned to us.

Should you not be entirely content with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within the 14-day period, and we will endeavour to rectify the matter to your satisfaction.

Upon contacting us, we will facilitate the return of any unused items. Once received, we will proceed with either a full monetary refund or an exchange of goods.

To initiate the return process, please contact us first for a return authorisation number. Kindly email us to begin the process. Upon receipt of your email, we will issue a returns/RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number along with detailed instructions on where to send your return.

Please be aware of the following terms regarding our Returns Policy:

  1. All returns must receive approval from our customer service team via email, and a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number must be issued. Returns lacking a valid RMA number obtained through email will not be accepted.
  2. After requesting a return through our customer service team, all items must be sent back to us within a reasonable timeframe. When an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) is issued, the specified items in the request must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of issue to validate the return. The return must be postmarked and in the possession of the return delivery provider within this timeframe to be considered valid.
  3. We cannot assume responsibility for items sent to an incorrect address that was not provided by our customer service team. Therefore, please refrain from sending returns to our main office address, as they will not be accepted.
  4. To qualify for our money-back guarantee, customers must have used only a maximum of 14 days’ dosage of the purchased product. The remaining product (unopened bottles) must be returned to us in a resellable condition. We are unable to refund multiple open bottles/containers.
  5. The 14-day guarantee is applicable only to the first order of any individual item. Returns for items previously purchased will not be accepted.
  6. It is your responsibility to ensure that your items arrive back to us in good condition. We cannot be held accountable for missing/lost returns, so we advise using a recorded service to ensure safe delivery.
  7. Upon receiving the unused item(s) in good condition at the correct address, we will process your refund within 10 working days.
  8. Refunds will be issued to the same debit/credit card or method of payment used during the original purchase.
  9. Please be aware that it may take up to 10 working days AFTER we receive your items back at our warehouse for the refund to be processed. Kindly allow sufficient time for the return process before contacting us.
  10. Once we issue your refund, it may take some time for your bank to process the refund on their end and credit the funds back to your account. If you do not receive your refund within 10 days AFTER receiving confirmation from our customer service team that your refund has been processed on our end, please contact your financial institution for assistance.
  11. Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return postage to send your items back to us.

Damaged / Incomplete Orders:

We take the utmost care to ensure all items reach you safely and complete. However, in the rare event that you receive damaged items or items with missing components, please inform us promptly by emailing us, and we will prioritize resolving the issue.

Please be advised that any damaged or incomplete items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Retain all packaging and documentation received with the items, as photographic evidence of the damage will be necessary for us to process a replacement or refund.

We are unable to accept claims for damaged or incomplete items if you cannot provide photographic evidence of the damage or missing components or if you have disposed of the packaging/documentation received with your order.
